03How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.

- To deliver payroll, performance management and training services on behalf of clients.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
- To send service communications and, where you have agreed or the law allows, updates about opportunities and our services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

05International transfers
Our providers, clients and candidates may be located in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where we do this, we take steps to make sure it remains protected in line with applicable data protection law, for example through contractual safeguards.
06How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. As a guide, candidate profiles are kept while you remain active with us and are reviewed or deleted after a period of inactivity, which is typically no longer than 24 months unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires otherwise. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Payroll and financial records are kept for the periods required by tax and employment law.
07How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and confidentiality obligations for our team and providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
